Inspired by the dessert at the Greek seafood place in Montreal (Lezvos), I concocted the following as a yummy-but-not-really-healthy dessert:
* 1 pint plain 10% milk-fat yogurt (I can’t remember the brand name but it’s yummy and made in Quebec)
* Sliced almonds, toasted well in a dry pan.
In a wine glass, start with a layer of honey and almonds, then a thick layer of the yogurt, then another layer of honey and almonds…continue layering until you fill the glass (or until you fill it to a sane level…some wine glasses are bigger than others). Top with more honey and almonds.
If you have fresh blueberries or raspberries or something, add some of those to each honey layer, too.
